Klung is an endless runner game that belongs to the action genre. Players control a cell that must escape from hyperactive "sick" cells in an infinite, randomly generated level. Winning involves surviving as long as possible by avoiding obstacles and using a grappling hook to navigate through the level, but what prevents players from winning is often a lack of timing and quick reflexes. To achieve victory, players must pay attention to color changes in the level, which signal increased speed of the sick cells.
The game features a simple yet challenging gameplay mechanic, where players use a grappling hook to climb and move through a claustrophobic corridor. It rewards precise timing and punishes impatience, making it a fast-paced and engaging experience.
The main task is to survive by avoiding sick cells and navigating through the level using the grappling hook. Players must adapt to changing speeds and obstacles.
One outstanding item in the game is its grappling hook mechanic. Players can use continuous small clicks to hook and increase their speed faster.
To overcome obstacles, players must anticipate color changes in the level, which signal faster-moving sick cells. This involves quick reflexes and precise timing to avoid collisions.
Improving timing involves practicing the grappling hook mechanic to develop a sense of rhythm. Players should focus on making quick, precise hooks to maintain speed.
Using color changes strategically involves anticipating when sick cells will speed up and planning your movements accordingly. This helps in avoiding collisions and staying ahead.
